Mary became the first Madden sibling to start her career in the family business. “I never really considered doing anything other than interior design,” she says. For nearly 25 years, Mary worked on numerous residential and commercial interior design projects of her own. Her responsibilities have now largely transitioned into overseeing commercial and residential projects, supporting the work of the immensely talented design team members, and developing relationships with vendors and tradespeople.

Mary has also assumed the position as the Lead Buyer for the showroom which she enjoys very much. She is the go-to person for clients seeking an interior designer who matches their personality and style. What does she love about her job? “I love seeing the relationships develop and grow between clients and talented designers, tradespeople and craftsmen – people who are proud of their work and do it exceptionally well.”
